Practice growth coaching from docs who’ve been there. For new doctors building their foundation, we teach the systems that took us from struggling acquisitions to seven-figure practices. For seasoned doctors, our Next Level Mastermind provides strategic advisory on scaling, practice transitions, hiring associate doctors, and modernizing operations—peer-level strategy sessions, not hand-holding.
TOR Billing
Done-for-you insurance billing that actually works. Optional add-on for doctors who bill insurance or want to start. Focus on patients while we handle collections, EOB analysis, and A/R management.
TOR Intensives
Immersive training programs for new graduates, upper-level DC students, and associate doctors ready to finally embark on practice ownership. Choose our 4-day Chiro-Bootcamp for a customized 90-day launch blueprint and live clinical shadowing, or our 30-day intensive for a comprehensive year-long practice blueprint with hands-on mentorship.
