Our Services are intended for licensed chiropractors, chiropractic students, and chiropractic practice owners who are at least 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Description of Services
Practice Growth Mentorship
Includes one-on-one mentorship, accountability coaching, quarterly business reviews, monthly action plans, bi-monthly philosophical calls, marketing materials, workshop content, community forum access, and ongoing support.
Done-For-You Insurance Billing Services
Includes insurance credentialing, weekly claim submissions, error resolution, accounts receivable management, staff training, and collection optimization.
Complete Practice Solutions
Includes customizable scripts, employee manuals, HIPAA compliance documents, patient paperwork templates, and other practice management tools.
Service Terms
Voluntary Participation
All participation is voluntary. We aim to build a community of aligned, principled chiropractors who choose to work together.
Philosophy-Based Services
All Services are rooted in the principles and philosophy of chiropractic, focusing on helping chiropractors build successful and respected practices.
No Guarantees of Results
We provide proven systems and strategies but do not guarantee financial, patient volume, or growth results. Success depends on effort, implementation, and market conditions.
Payment Terms
Fees and Pricing
Current pricing is listed on our website or provided during consultation. We reserve the right to update prices with reasonable notice.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed fees.
Subscription Services
Some Services renew automatically on weekly, monthly, or prepaid terms. You may cancel before renewal to avoid additional charges.
Refund Policy

Mentorship Services: No refunds after 30 days or after your first accountability session, whichever comes first.

Billing Services: Prorated refunds within the first 30 days only. No refunds after 30 days.

Practice Solutions: Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Prepaid Programs: Non-refundable after the first 30 days.
Late Payments
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment. Late fees or interest may apply.
Cancellation and Termination

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
